Reggie Marlow is reluctantly drawn into a new escapade when his aunt, the formidable Agatha, insists he attend the country garden party of Sir Horace Peabody. The centerpiece of the event is the highly coveted Petunia Prize, a trophy for the best floral display. But Reggie's simple weekend is quickly derailed when his bumbling friend, Algy, decides to borrow Sir Horace's prize-winning petunias to impress a botanically inclined young lady. Chaos ensues, involving mistaken identities, a cantankerous goose named Archibald, and a competitive French florist determined to sabotage Sir Horace's entry.
Once again, Reggie must rely on his valet Worthington's impeccable wit and Penelope Featherstone's unpredictable charm to navigate the absurdity, while Aunt Agatha plots to marry him off to the French florist's sister.
